Not an observer any more

I've removed myself from both the national lists. I no longer receive
e-mail, and am no longer an observer. I still get news releases from
the media committee, however, and am still on the Green Pages board
and the national website working group.

We need the following to serve in official capacity:

Co-Chairs (or chair)

delegate 1
delegate 2
observer

Also, our secretary has been out of touch for a while, as has our
webmaster (or at least, my e-mails aren't getting through to the
webmaster).
